It is already Week 8! What a busy term! So much has been happening!

This term we have said hello and goodbye to Miss Torrence, Mr Jones and Whaia Tammy.

We have also been learning about fish. Mr Johnstone came to school and showed us a snapper, a frost fish, a gurnard, a sole and a tarakihi. He taught us how to fillet a fish and then showed us the different parts inside a fish. Some of us even touched the eye!

We have also been getting really good at drawing and painting fish. (Come and check out our art at the 'Junior School Performance and Art Trail' on Friday the 26th of June.

On Friday's we have had Amy from Sport Waikato teaching us some badminton skills. We are getting really good at holding our racquets!
